Bill is a native Washingtonian. He came to West Olympic Peninsula, after graduating from the University of Washington. He likes to fish the rivers and ocean. Camping and hiking with his family are favorite pastimes.

Bill is an Associate Broker and Forester with Lunsford and Associates Real Estate. Bill's real estate experience goes back to 1979. Also, he was a State Forester on the Olympic Peninsula and retired to work real estate fulltime in 2002.

His background has involved a lot of knowledge about land services. He has experience with forestry, surveying, cruising timber, aerial photography/maps, environmental regulations and local government permitting process. He prepares Forest Management Plans for landowners in Jefferson, Grays Harbor and Clallam Counties. His background includes home remodeling and rental management.

He has been a member of the Clallam County Planning Commission (7 years), Forks Planning Commission (5 years) and the Western Regional Planning Commission (2 years). He is strong on private property rights.
